💌 READ DURING ECLIPSE SEASON: FEB 17 - MAR 3, 2026

Hello friends,

This month I’m delivering a mini newsletter to kick off the first eclipse of 2026. But before we get into the cosmic whirlwind of eclipses, let’s pause to review and unpack the season that’s winding down:

YOUR AQUARIUS SEASON REVIEW (JAN 19 - FEB 18, 2026)

In recent weeks, what permission did you need to give yourself to heal and nourish your dreams?

As Aquarius season ends, consider where your heart is nudging you to be more vulnerable — and maybe even rebellious. Do you need to course correct, break away from the beaten path, or try a new innovative approach? Now is the time to reassess and unpack any limiting beliefs.

The Aquarius card in the tarot is The Star, which represents healing and wish fulfillment. You may need to boldly show up today as that future version of you. Does that feel cringe or simply impossible at the moment?

Heal. Lead from the heart. Resist what stifles joy and fight for progress. When necessary, repeat. Eventually muscle memory will kick in.

YEAR OF THE FIRE HORSE + ECLIPSE SEASON (FEB 17 - MAR 3, 2026)

On Tuesday February 17, we have a new moon solar eclipse in Aquarius - which coincides with the lunar new year. (2026 is the Year of the Fire Horse: think passion, courage and momentum.) Who else is beyond ready for some new energy to come racing through?

During eclipse season, anticipate major shifts (in the world and/or in your personal life). The cosmic vibe is a bold-lettered RESET. So let the change that’s blowing in happen. Don’t try to hold onto things that feel draining or unsustainable. Champion progress.

Eclipse season transpires for two weeks, ending with a lunar full moon eclipse in Virgo on Tuesday March 3. Eclipses always serve as portals to a new chapter. See what unfolds with a tempered approach and curiosity. Let things play out before rushing to react or fix.

ECLIPSE SEASON SELF-CARE

  • Set aside time to reflect and journal

  • Get outside and ground, or seek balance, in nature

  • Adjust routines or rituals to accommodate unexpected shifts

  • Check in with your body (through stretching, meditation or breathwork)

  • Find intuitive or creative outlets to reset your inner world (play music, sing, make art, watch films, read tarot, dive into a book)

  • Release heavy energy (your own/others) with intentional baths, showers or other clearing practices (burning white candles, sage, palo santo, cedar or pine)

STAY CONNECTED

Stay tuned for the Pisces Season newsletter in March. We’ll be back to our regular schedule (and newsletter format) after eclipse season. If you liked this short and sweet version, however, let me know. I’m all ears!
