I’m back after a much needed break last month. I had surgery on my arm in March (the culmination of many months of medical mayhem). But I’m happy to report I’m recovering quickly, am relieved to have some clarity, and have returned just in time for Aries Season — the astrological start of the year!
We made it through eclipse and retrograde season, and now is the peak time for manifesting. Welcome to the fresh start you’ve been waiting for.

Practice self-trust. Write down a small act that represents how you’ll show up for yourself — and the future you’d like to manifest. Commit to seeing it through this season!
Find your sun. Make sure you’re benefiting from the sun’s warmth and vitality during these longer days. Bask in the signs of spring with a picnic, bike ride, or trip to your local garden or farmer’s market. Have your morning coffee outside or pencil in some post-dinner sunset walks.
